With the years, this site grew and is now quite extensive. As it's perhaps difficult for those visiting it
for the first times to find their way into the (too ?)numerous sheets.
Here are some tricks to try making their searches more easy.
The site is bilingual, English - French with English, written in black, at the top of the text.

click on the name of the Ophrys you're looking for and you'll reach the group it is in.

Species are put in groups following Pierre Delforge's classification in the third edition
of his Guide des Orchidées d'Europe, d'Afrique du Nord et du Proche-Orient (2005).
D. Quite irregulary abstracts of papers published in the foremost European periodicals devoted to western Palearctic orchids
are added on the
OPHRYS NEWS
sheets, presenting new described taxa, the list of which can be consulted on the
OPHRYS NEWS index sheet.
E. Many sheets are also devoted to orchids of a country or an island.. They gather all photos made in these regions and are very useful
to prepare an orchids trip. Here is the list of those already available
(January 2008). More will follow !
